Big Banana Hotel, Sg Petani

The room is spacious and good for family with kids to stay here. Cleanliness should be improve because i found the toilet tiles a bit dirty and dusty. The breakfast just simple one but i want to suggest to change the ketchup bottle as it so dirty and smelly. The roti canai a bit keras and I suggest maybe can put inside bowl or place where we can heat it up. RC sejuk x sedap.

The location is great and nearby have a lot food for choice, have night market, comfortable room and parking is free, Allow late check out (will be charged RM10 per hour).

The hotel interior concept.. very nice and creative, and impressive.. The room and all areas are clean, comfortable. the best part, got a very nice pantry, with all kind of halal drinks served.. (self service)and also some biscuits for kudap2. just to give a suggestion, if the hotel mgmt could put a television at lounge area (1st floor).. could be nice... and not too boring sitting there... breakfast provided.. self service... simple and easy to prepare. Even there are only 3 floors, but the mgmt manage to have lift for their customers.

Tv have many channel n clear not as almost hotel i go so limited channel n sometime cannot get at all.. all in the hotel i like including the smell at lobby so fresh
